We are now Registering all Refill orders due to a lot of parcels getting lost in the mail. This means there may be a slight price increase in postage cost depending on how many refills you order. You may advice us to not register your parcel but we will not take any responsibility for any missing parcels. Postage costs will range between $4.70 to $6.90. At Pen City we try to keep the postage costs to a minimum. We use a combination of Australia Post
Services to ensure the quickest & safest methods of delivery. We also use Z Couriers if Courier service is needed.
Where possible we use recycled packaging materials and thus our parcels are not always the prettiest.
But we package well and insure delivery.
After you have ordered, our staff calculates and weighs your items, and work out the exact postage cost payable.
We then e-mail you and await your acceptance to the postage quote before any funds are processed
this way if you are not happy with the post you don’t have to pay!

Keep in mind heavier or particularly fragile items may cost more.
